Karndean & Luxury Vinyl (LVT)
Luxury vinyl is where a lot of Kent homes are heading, and it's one of our most-requested floors. We supply and fit Karndean and other LVT ranges — plank, tile and herringbone — cutting each piece to your room so the pattern runs true right up to the skirting. Warm underfoot, waterproof and hard-wearing, it's ideal for kitchens, hallways and open-plan living.

Engineered & Solid Wood
For the look and feel of real timber, we supply and fit engineered and solid wood flooring in oak and other species. Engineered boards stay stable over underfloor heating and in modern homes; solid wood suits period properties that can take it. Boards are acclimatised, the subfloor checked, and everything scribed neatly around hearths, bays and doorways.

Laminate Flooring
Modern laminate looks a world away from the cheap boards of years ago, and fitted well it's a brilliant, cost-effective choice for bedrooms, lounges and rentals. We supply and lay quality laminate over a proper underlay, with tidy beading and thresholds, so it lies flat, feels solid underfoot and stands up to daily life.

Carpet — Supply & Fit
Carpet is still the cosiest choice for bedrooms and lounges, and we're happy to source it for you — including ranges we've not laid before, to get you exactly the colour and feel you want. Fitted over the right underlay, stretched properly and finished neatly at every doorway and edge, with the old flooring lifted and taken away.

Stairs & Landings
Stairs are one of the trickiest parts of any flooring job and one of the most satisfying to get right. We fit carpet, runners and timber to stairs and landings so they tie in with the rest of the house — bullnosed neatly around each tread and riser, gripped safely, and finished for both looks and everyday use.

Subfloor Preparation
A floor is only ever as good as what's underneath it. We lift and dispose of old coverings, check the subfloor for damp and movement, and level and prepare it — plywood, screed or latex as needed — before a single new board goes down. Skipping this is why cheap installs fail; doing it properly is why ours don't.

Repairs & Re-fits
We're often called in to sort out flooring that's been fitted badly — lifting boards, uneven joins, or a room where every tile had to be re-cut because of a bad fitter next door. If a previous job has gone wrong, or a floor has been damaged, we'll assess it honestly and put it right rather than talk you into starting from scratch.

Supply-Only & Sourcing
Sometimes you've seen exactly the floor you want and just need someone to get hold of it. As a supplier as well as a fitter, we can source flooring for you — including brands and ranges we've not laid before — often at short notice. Whether you want us to fit it too or just supply it, we're happy to help.
